For those of you interested in Colon Hydro Therapy, we require a credit card  to be on file when booking your appointment. This will not be charged unless you do not show or call at your appointed time or you do not give the required 24 hour notice when cancelling. In the event you do not call within 24 hours or do not show for your appointment, the $25 fee is charged to the card you gave us on file. For exisiting clients who have bought packages,please note, that if the appropriate cancellation notice is NOT given prior to your appointment,we will mark the visit as used.
 
In order to serve you better and to keep our services as affordable as possible, we require that when scheduling a footbath or body wrap, that the services be paid for in full at the time the appointment is made. Unfortunately we have had many 'no shows' for these services which ultimately causes our expenses to go up as we have therapists that are being paid by the hour regardless. You must give a 24 hour notice to cancel any and all appointments or you forfeit your fees. We are happy to re-schedule if needed with the 24 hour notice and your funds will be transferred to your new allotted appointment.
 
As we strive to keep costs down for you, the consumer, we have had to implement these new rules in order to continue keeping our prices low and our quality high. It impacts everyone on the schedule when you do not show for an appointment. Often times, we have a waiting list and can easily fill your slot with someone who is really needing these services, so please be respectful to everyone and keep your appointments or give 24 hour notice for cancellations or re-schedulings.
